Gulbarga: 2 murders in a single day have created panic in people. Both the Murders were reportedly by sharp weapons.
First a 27 year old youth Mohd Akram was murdered at 6.pm in the Gesudaraz Colony near Jawahar-e-Hind school hajj committee area. according to a statement by his sister he was attacked and killed by 3 bike borne attackers who fled the scene. Akram was a furniture worker. The witness identified 2 names from the Attackers, Ashraf & Akram. Circle Aslam Basha & Team Visited Spot, A case was registered at Roza Police Station and investigation has started. The attackers were said to be under influence of alcohol.
Second Victim Bablu was identified of Mijgori Area, He was Murdered in Bank Colony around 8.00PM, he is said to be 19 years old. It is unclear whether both the murders are linked or not. according to sources the murder is not related to the first one. The victim is said to be a small time scrap dealer. motives are not clear yet.
Speaking to the Media at Gubarga Dist Gen.Hospital Adv Wahaj Baba Junaidi alleged that the reason behind drugs are narcotic drugs, weed/ganja and Alcohol. He Condemned the murders and called police department to tighten the law and order situation in Gulbarga. He alleged that atleast 7 Durgs related murders have taken place in City in recent past.
