Gulbarga: Out of 4 Family members of Gulbarga Corona Virus Victim Marhoom Sadar Qazi Gulbarga, one 1 have tested positive for Corona Virus, while 3 tested negative yesterday.

Earlier Yesterday, he had declared that 3 suspects were tested negative “As per test reports of family members of the man who passed away at Kalburgi (who later confirmed positive for #COVID19), three out of 4 members have been tested negative for #COVIDー19. Meanwhile Informing the High Court Chief Justice he laid out the measures taken to prevent the disease.

He tweeted “In Kalaburagi, monitoring of contacts of deceased is being carried out& community monitoring in 3km radius & another 5KM buffer zone, IEC is being done. 56 Primary and 400 secondary contacts have been identified . 7 members of the family are isolated at Dist Hospital”

Earlier, Throat swabs of the three family members of coronavirus victim from Gulbarga (Kalaburagi) were sent to testing and 3 of them tested negative for Covid-19 and the report of another family member arrived on Sunday, Health and Family Welfare Minister Sreeramulu said.

Speaking to reporters on Saturday, he said as four family members of the 76-year-old man who died of Covid-19 on March 10, developed flu-like symptoms, their throat swab samples were sent for testing in Bengaluru. Of the four people, three tested negative
