Rajkot: A video footage of BJP MLA Arvind Raiyani of Rajkot, Gujarat, spitting inside a government-run community kitchen which is being used to cook food forpoor amidst the COVID-19 pandemic has gone viral on social media. Ever since his video surfaced, he has been criticised for his unruly behaviour amid deadly corona virus pandemic. However, the MLA has defended his action saying that he spat in his own property and admitted that it was a ‘mistake’.

In the viral video, which is trending today, Raiyani can be seen spitting inside the kitchen removing his mask and then again putting on his mask. His action caused Twitterati to explode in anger as many found it a disgusting act.

The same BJP MLA has criticised members of the Tablighi Jamaat after BJP’s IT Cell manufactured lies blaming the members of the Muslim group of spitting.
